How Do You Surprise Managers Who Have Seen It All? That was the challenge our team rose to — crafting a seminar unlike any other, designed for an international marketing company eager to offer its 20 managers an experience that was rare, authentic and unforgettable.

Ireland quickly became the obvious choice — a land of character, mystery and warmth, where every encounter turns into a story worth telling.

Day 1 – Dublin, Where Traditions Meet Emotion

As they arrived at Dublin Airport, guests were greeted by the stirring sound of a bagpipe.

The tone was set — in Ireland, emotion is everywhere.

They boarded a vintage double-decker bus, microphone in hand, guided by an entertainer mixing humour and anecdotes for a lively city tour.

A stop in a local pub followed, where a whiskey master unveiled the secrets of Ireland’s finest spirits.

Then it was off to their accommodation — a cluster of rose-stone cottages nestled in the green Wicklow countryside.

The evening unfolded with a rustic dinner in a country cottage, enhanced by herbs from the garden and traditional live music — the perfect start to a programme built around connections.

Day 2 – At the Heart of the Equestrian World

Next stop: County Kildare, where participants met Michael, a gentleman farmer and breeder of some of the world’s most prestigious racehorses.

Under his guidance, they discovered the fascinating backstage of a world-class stud farm, where champions train for international competitions.

Lunch took place in a craft farm, with homemade beers infused with tea and apricot, and laughter shared with a quirky host handing over the keys to his old Jaguar.

The afternoon continued in the great outdoors — fishing rods in hand — before an adrenaline-filled evening at a privately booked racetrack.

Between friendly bids and the thrill of the races, the group embraced the spirit of elegance and excitement.

Day 3 – The Art of Irish Surprise

The morning brought a touch of wonder: a line-up of vintage Rolls Royce and Bentley cars gleamed in the line up in front of the hotel.

A road trip led the group to Leixlip Castle, where an exclusive Guinness tasting awaited — guided by an expert, in the family’s kitchen for a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

A gourmet lunch inspired by the famous stout followed, served in the estate’s former carriage house.

In the afternoon, energy and laughter took over: an initiation to Gaelic sports, a meeting with a hurley craftsman, and moments of pure fun on the field.

Day 4 – Slán go fóill, Ireland in Their Hearts

Departure day came with a touch of nostalgia.

Ireland had subtly cast its spell — through its people, landscapes, traditions, humour and grace.

The guests left inspired, moved, with the feeling they had lived far more than a seminar — they had shared a human, emotional, and sensory adventure.

The highlight of the trip?

A private reception at Malahide Castle — where, among bagpipes and chandeliers, a bespoke “haunted dinner” transported guests into a theatrical, poetic and captivating world.

The night continued through Dublin’s lively streets, with cocktails, music and dancing until dawn.

A Programme by Inspire DMC

This seminar embodies our belief:

A successful event doesn’t just impress — it must move, inspire, and unite.

In Ireland, we didn’t just create a programme.

We created a story — where every moment, from the first bagpipe note to the final toast, became part of an unforgettable memory.
