A sensory voyage through rolling estates, passionate encounters and refined tastings, offering a sophisticated immersion into the art of English winemaking.

How do you surprise managers who have already seen it all?
That was the challenge taken up by our team with this exceptional programme, designed for an international company wishing to offer its executives a rare, refined and memorable experience.
The South of England quickly became the obvious choice: an elegant, pastoral region — birthplace of Britain’s finest sparkling wines — where gently rolling hills rival the vineyards of Champagne.
Jour 1 —From City to Countryside
Arriving late morning at St Pancras Station or Heathrow Airport, the guests are greeted by a local French-speaking guide.Heading west, the group leaves the capital behind for the quintessential English countryside.
The first stop is a charming village inn, where local cuisine meets the first British bubbles.Amid oak beams and blooming gardens, the tone is set: conviviality and sophistication will be the hallmarks of this journey.
The afternoon begins at one of England’s oldest vineyards.Here, participants discover the art of crafting English sparkling wine — a fascinating encounter with a craft on the rise, blending tradition with innovation.Tastings, strolls among the vines, and exchanges with the winemaker provide an inspiring immersion into the “new English wine spirit.”
As evening falls, the group checks in and dines at a refined 5-star country hotel — a true emblem of British art de vivre.Dinner is a culinary highlight, elegantly paired with a selection of English vintages — the perfect close to this first day of exploration.

Day 2 — Vineyards, Heritage and Distillation
In the morning, the group visits a second vineyard — a family-run estate renowned for its award-winning sparkling wines.As they wander through the rows, guests discover the passion and precision that have built the reputation of English wine: a cool climate, demanding terroir, and winemakers devoted to their craft.
Lunch on the farm offers a bucolic interlude — local produce, seasonal recipes and a farm-to-table atmosphere create a moment both simple and refined.
In the afternoon, the scene shifts to Highclere Castle, the historic estate made famous by the series Downton Abbey.Here, guests step back in time — a journey through Victorian elegance and the timeless English art of hospitality.
The day ends at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery, where gin and design come together in an architectural masterpiece.Amidst tropical glasshouses and sensory workshops, each participant crafts their own aromatic creation before returning to the hotel for a convivial dinner and one last so British toast.

Day 3 — Gentle London and Sparkling Memories
The morning is devoted to the journey back to London — a smooth return to urban vibrancy.Lunch at The Lighterman, on the banks of Granary Square canal, blends modern design with relaxed sophistication.A final conversation, a coffee in the sun, and it’s time to head home to France — enriched by discoveries, aromas, and shared memories.
This stay unveils another side of England: a land of character, boldness and passion, where wine becomes the reflection of a culture in full renaissance.
