Our Story
It all began in 2018 with Quentin and Richard, united by a shared passion: Scotland. Together, they envisioned a world of limitless creativity: a tailor-made Scotland, driven by fresh, bold, ideas and buit around human connections. An authentic and vibrant land, revealed through meaningful experiences leaving a lasting memory.
Clients had a positive responde to their vision quickly. Over the years, the team grew and diversified, welcoming new talents from different horizons, all driven by the same desire to create unique and responsible experiences.
In 2021, the agency evolved into Inspire Dmc, embracing a new ambition: to expand into Ireland, a destination perfectly aligned with Scotland. As a member of the European Union, Ireland offers an ideal setting for meetings and conventions, combining accessibility, modern infrastructure, and authenticity.
With its strong culture and distinct identity, Ireland embodies Inspire’s vision: giving business travel real meaning through connection, creativity, and discovery. The arrival of François, a passionate expert on the destination, further strengthened this ambition.
In 2023, Charlotte took the lead of the Scottish office. Her local insight and fresh perspective brought renewed energy to an experienced and passionate team.
By 2025, Inspire Dmc naturally extended into England with the opening of its London office. A global hub of creativity and innovation, London offers endless opportunities for events and experiences, from iconic venues to hidden gems, its cultural diversity and urban energy make it an inspiring playground for M.I.C.E.
Beyond the capital, England reveals unexpected treasured historic landmarks, unspoiled landscapes, and inspiring architecture , the perfect ingredients for tailor-made programmes that blend meaning, authenticity, and modernity.
Led by Quentin Coltier, Inspire England embodies this vision: creating exclusive and inspiring experiences that spark emotions and connections.
In the same spirit, Inspire Lex (Learning Expedition) was born. A project reflecting our vision of tomorrow’s M.I.C.E: purposeful programmes where people learn, meet, and get inspired. Experiences that bring meaning to discovery and create lasting bonds.

Head of the English office and based in London for the past 13 years, Quentin Coltier uses his experience and in-depth local knowledge to create unique experiences across England.

Based in Scotland since 2010, Marion crafts tailor-made journeys filled with authenticity and creativity. She loves sharing the spirit of the country through local connections and a human approach to travel design.
