Between cruises on the Irish Sea, 4x4 adventures, hidden distilleries and lively pubs, participants experienced five days of discovery, emotion and surprise — an authentic, elegant and delightfully Irish immersion.

 50 participants

How do you surprise managers who have already seen it all?

That was the challenge our team embraced with this one-of-a-kind seminar, designed for a French network in the mechanical industry wishing to offer its managers a rare, genuine and unforgettable experience.

Ireland quickly became the obvious choice: a land of character, mystery and humanity, where every encounter becomes a story worth telling.

Day 1 — Dublin: Between Traditions and First Impressions

The journey begins in Howth, a charming fishing harbour, with a typical fish and chips lunch — a flavourful prelude to the Irish adventure ahead.

In the afternoon, participants embark on a sea cruise across the Irish Sea, some enjoying a platter of antipasti as they take in the waves.

Upon arrival at Dublin Marina, the urban and festive programme begins: a pub crawl through the lively streets of Temple Bar, filled with live music, local anecdotes and laughter.

Day 2 — Adrenaline and Team Spirit in the Great Outdoors

Day 3 — The Art of Whiskey and the Journey

The morning begins at the Teeling Distillery, with a private guided tour led by one of the Teeling brothers themselves — full of stories and capped with an exclusive tasting.

After lunch near Heuston Station, the group boards the train to Kilkenny, a medieval gem brimming with timeless charm.

In the evening, a private dinner at the hotel offers a refined and intimate atmosphere, perfect for conversation and connection.

Day 4 — Kilkenny: Heritage, Adventure and Tradition

The morning opens with an interactive urban challenge exploring Kilkenny’s medieval streets and heritage — a playful way to strengthen team bonds.

Lunch in a traditional pub celebrates Irish cuisine in a warm and authentic setting.

The afternoon invites adventure with a kayak session on the River Nore, followed by an Irish evening in a medieval pub — a joyful celebration of music, dance and good spirits.

Day 5 — Return to Dublin and Beyond

The seminar concludes with a scenic coach journey back to Dublin Airport.Between emotions, memories and newfound friendships, each participant leaves with the sense of having lived far more than a seminar — a full and vibrant Irish immersion.
