How do you surprise an international group that has seen it all?
Our team rose to the challenge with this exceptional Scottish incentive — an experience steeped in emotion, folklore, and elegance.
From Glasgow to Edinburgh, by way of the wild shores of Loch Lomond, participants enjoyed three days of total cultural immersion
Day 1 — Arrival and first impressions
Upon arrival in Glasgow, guests travel to the legendary Cameron House, a jewel nestled on the banks of Loch Lomond.A warm welcome and the famous Scottish hospitality set the tone for the days ahead. The evening begins in relaxed style: the hotel pub, exclusively privatised, becomes a lively venue for laughter, local ales, and hearty traditional dishes.

Day 2 — Adventure, teamwork, and Scottish flair
The morning brings a burst of energy and excitement. In rotating teams, participants take part in 4x4 off-road driving, falconry, archery, and zodiac excursions across the loch’s shimmering waters.A barbecue lunch at Boturich Castle Pavilion offers panoramic views and a moment of conviviality amidst the stunning landscape.
In the afternoon, the entire group gathers for some friendly competition during the Highland Games – a spirited mix of strength, laughter, and teamwork. As evening falls, everyone dons their kilts for a truly memorable gala dinner at Stirling Castle.A bagpiper welcomes guests at the chapel, followed by a refined aperitif and a private guided tour for those who wish.Dinner is served in the Great Hall, beneath its soaring ceilings, followed by a spectacular live performance by the Red Hot Chilli Pipers and a lively DJ party.

Day 3 — The spirit of Edinburgh and fond farewells
The final day leads the group to Edinburgh, the city of myths and stories. In small groups, guests explore the old town on foot, accompanied by a storyteller, a ghost actor, and a fudge-maker offering a sweet tasting experience.A classic fish and chips lunch brings this Scottish adventure to a cheerful close before departure from Edinburgh Airport.

This incentive embodies our belief that a successful event does more than impress — it touches, inspires, and unites. In Scotland, we created not merely an itinerary, but a story – one woven with heritage, adventure, and shared emotion. From the first note of the bagpipes to the last laugh on the cobbled streets of Edinburgh, every moment became a lasting memory.
