How can you unite teams around a destination they believe they already know?
That was the challenge our team took on with this London seminar — designed as a human and urban exploration. A multifaceted capital, constantly evolving, where each district tells the story of a rebirth: that of a city transforming yesterday’s bricks into today’s skyline.
From the South Bank to the creative East, from the Thames to the former docks, this journey weaves a connection between architecture, innovation and collective spirit. A professional experience, but above all, an inspiring one — where conversations grow through discovery and shared emotions.
Day 1 — The Metamorphosis of King’s Cross
Arriving by Eurostar, participants are greeted by a local expert guide specialising in London’s urban development and regeneration.
The discovery begins with an immersion in Granary Square, a symbol of King’s Cross’s rebirth. Once a vast industrial site, the area now represents one of Europe’s most ambitious urban regeneration projects.
The visit highlights the iconic Gas Holders — heritage structures reimagined as modern living and working spaces, showcasing an innovative approach to sustainable urban design.
After lunch in the area, the afternoon continues with a stroll through Chelsea, where elegance, heritage and creativity blend in true London style.
Dinner is hosted at a central London restaurant, offering the perfect setting for relaxed discussion and team bonding.
Overnight in London.

Day 2 — East London: Between Heritage and Renewal
The morning unfolds in the historic Columbia Road district, famous for its flower market and colourful facades. This walk offers a vivid reading of London’s layered identity — between authenticity and modernity.
Lunch takes place at an urban farm, a meaningful symbol of the city’s return to local and sustainable agriculture.
In the afternoon, the group explores Hackney Wick and Queen Elizabeth Park, two remarkable examples of post-industrial transformation. Once Olympic sites, they now embody London’s ability to fuse creativity, inclusion and sustainability.
Dinner in a traditional pub brings a convivial end to the day and a true taste of British culture.
Overnight in London.

Day 3 — Perspectives and Innovation
In the morning, the group heads to Battersea — an emblem of London’s architectural and social renaissance. The Battersea Power Station, once a vast power plant, now stands as a model of reinvention.
A climb to the top of the structure offers breathtaking views over the Thames and the London skyline, framing the city’s evolution in a single glance.
Lunch follows in a vibrant street food setting, celebrating London’s cosmopolitan energy and culinary creativity.
In the afternoon, a cruise along the Thames connects Battersea with central London, retracing the city’s development around its historic river.
The day concludes with a dinner show — a highlight of the programme, combining emotion, exchange and team spirit.
Overnight in London.

Day 4 — Heritage and Transmission
The final day begins with a visit to a disused underground station — an intriguing glimpse into the city’s hidden layers.
The journey continues with a guided tour of the Barbican, an icon of brutalist architecture and one of London’s leading cultural spaces. This visit reveals the city’s ambition to blend culture, urbanism and sustainability into a shared vision for the future.
Before departure, participants enjoy a closing lunch in the City — a last opportunity to exchange reflections and key learnings from the trip.
Transfer to St Pancras Station for Eurostar departure.
